Trial Practice Note: Where to find issues.

Very few clients win a case on appeal, regardless of the issue. The facts don't help of course, the case may be a political case (rape, child abuse, pornography), or there hasn't been pretrial motions practice to "make a record." A simple resource for issues is the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, at their website in two places.
